To check current firmware version, select More>System Info from COLORSPACE O main menu.

To upgrade firmware, download zip file below and unzip the firmware file to COLORSPACE O.
Select More>Settings>Firmware, browse to the firmware file and press 'select'.
You can also update COLORSPACE O with a memory card containing the unzipped firmware file.

The latest firmware will contain all the improvements from previous firmware versions.

This firmware addresses the following:

  1. Fixed JPG decoder bug
  2. Fixed resize RGB buffer bug
  3. Fixed incorrect Leica M8 shutter speed in EXIF information bug
  4. Changed second power-on button from bottom-right back to middle/center button as described in the user manual
  5. Change "brightness / brightest / darkness / darkest" to "brighter / brightest / darker / darkest"

  1. Improved key press detection and sequence during device power up to prevent accidental power on.
  2. Fixed bug in system messages.
  3. Removed default background image at startup if customized background image is present.
  4. Fixed device activation bug.
  5. Automatically dim LCD screen during "Search" function.
  6. Added "Same Card" warning if memory card with the same contents is being backed up for the second consecutive time.
  7. Display "Free Space" instead of "Total Space" in "System Info".
  8. Fixed startup bug.
  9. Fixed "7002 Error Message" bug in "Slide Show" function when an empty folder is selected.
  10. Will now display "Copy aborted!" message at startup if device goes to sleep after an unsuccessful backup attempt.
